August 1, 2007.....Bridge down over troubled waters.
July 31, 2007
I spoke to a James H. architect originally from Chicago
who's father was the Director of Public Works for many years. Mr.
James H. is building a 3 story glass house like the Lake House (movie)
and it has vertical and hortizontal view. In a very dull day as
an engineer for a stressed City in Florida it was a sign of hope
and pleasure to learn of Mr. & Mrs. James H's glass home in
central Florida. When I was a young engineer (1970) I applied for
a position at the City of Chicago and I will find my application
form to see if or the correspondence noted James' father.
The stock market was down again today. I was pleased
to see and hear the CEO of Sun Micro Systems Mr. Jonathan Schwartz
and the fact that they have 6 Billion in reserve for new projects.
Prior to 2000 I made a considerable amount of $$$ on Sun stock.
It appears to be a good investment for the future.
Okay, my continuing effort to be listed by Google
again for my favorite Pizza. As I stated in previous reports Pottsville
Pizza is located in central eastern Pennsylvania down the street
from Yuengling's Beer. Yuengling's is the oldest brewery in America.
Since 1829 Traditional Lager from Pottsville Pennsylvania (and now
from Tampa Florida) has been raised by millions of Americans after
a hard days work. My father saved the brewery from closing when
during the late 60's the young people were lifting Bud. It was a
very happy time when my son Mark graduated from University of Florida
and during the night before graduation my son and friends and I
were at the Copper Monkey Tap Room and my son delivered to the table
Yuengling's in two large pictures. So to my friends in Pottsville
please lift a Yuengling's while helping me keep open the Pottsville
Pizza store operated by "Steve" opened for the next 100
years.
We need to be happy we are one day closer to our Great
Republican President from making his best trip yet. (Back to Texas).
Is it possible I will have to live another 8 years
before we have a "new" President?
Few people know that Pottsville Pennsylvania was the
original home of the Maroons National Football team that won the
first Super Bowl but the money folks from Chicago paid off the management
of the Football league and they added one more game.
Ed Chester of the University of Florida who we met
during the 1996 season has my reference book that talks about Pottsville
Moroons being the actual first football team to win the super bowl.
When I was a kid I would drive by the field between Minersville
and Pottsville near Marlin not knowing the history of the field.
The story has it that when Pottsville Maroon's won the championship
the local bars and banks were opened all night. When the train arrived
back to Pottsville the Party began and the winners put their money
in the banks and the Yuenglings horses worked overtime.

WELCOME TO DAYTONA BEACH........................MISS
DREW "BARRYMORE" ....SORRY DON'T KNOW YOUR LAST NAME.
THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION ABOUT UTAH.
We really enjoyed talking with you about your Geology
Degree. If you serve enough time in Daytona Beach maybe you can
head west again.
I am beginning to expect a surprise every week. Whether
it is something new at the office or shocking discovery that a few
young people are moving back to the New Smyrna Beach area. Something
is happening in NSB to encourage young people to move to NSB. More
on this major change in Volusia county development later.

Happy Birthday Susan!!
Pottsville Pizza is delivered to all 50 States.
I spoke to the new owner of Pottsville Pizza several
years ago I sure hope he is still keeping the business ahead of
those national frozen pizza dough places.
Everyone in Minersville and Pottsville Pennsylvania
needs to redirect their pizza business back to 100% Pottsville Pizza
(Steve's location) The original Pottsville Pizza is only made by
Steve's at the north end of town.
Pottsville Pizza, Pottsville Pizza is free when ever
Richard invites you to the annual party at the Duncott Hose Company
(Private Fire Company) typically in the fall of each year. Say hi
to Paul Fesnock at the next Pottsville Pizza Party Richard is buying!
I have not purchased a Papa J or Pizza Hut for over
6 months....the local pizza stores need our business.

We just returned from the London Symphony Orchestra
at the Ocean Center at the Ocean Walk Village Daytona Beach, Volusia
County Florida......Fantastic!!!!!!!!
These LSO people have finally turned a negative summer
for the residents of Daytona Beach into the beginning of getting
out of this depression we are all in.
While I refuse to purchase newspapers I will consider
the fact that Mr. Tippen Davidson loved Daytona Beach and helped
the London Symphony Orchestra have a large place in our hearts.
When asked or when it is time Susan and I will donate $1000.00 to
keeping the LSO visiting Daytona Beach/Port Orange/Daytona Beach

We are not surprised by the President spining the
3.4 percent up turn in the economy for last quarter but really if
we don't have 3.0 growth in the GMP we don't have 3.0% inflation.
All the President's advisors are worthless in my personal opinion.
July 26, 2007
Mr. James Orina with Safety Solutions gave the City
of Daytona Beach the best driving training class in America....we
all Thank Mr. Orina for visiting from Texas.
Tonights news is continued stress on our national
economy. Remember we will make it through this rough spot but it
sure would be better if the President would give us some hopeful
words like we are about 1/2 way through this oil price economic
downturn also know as a very bad recession. American's need to work
a three jobs instead of 2 or delay retirement until after November
2020.
You can purchase a new Impala 2007 LT for about $25,800
including the auto bulter service $600 and the $1300 bumper to bumper
warranty for about $1300 good to 60,000 miles If you purchased Chevy
Impala this year let me know so we can compare deals and future
repairs.
Looking back about 40 years here is an overview of
car problems:
1. Black 1959 two door standard shift Ford...cost
less than $1000 at the time (1965) ...gears stuck in 4 lanes of
traffic along Susqhanna River in Harrisburg just before my first
final examines at Harrisburg Community Area College.
2. Bluegreen and white 1963 FairlaneFord that had
a bent frame and I wore a tire out in one day. My Dad returned the
car but only got a $100 credit for their hiding the facts. Crashed
into the back of a new car as I was on an entrance ramp north of
the Harrisburg Area Community College on final examine day 1966.
No damage to my car but the new flat back boxy car was even flatter.
The driver stopped at the very end of a difficult ramp with a very
short tapper that required luck to enter the roadyway. If you are
from Harrisburg you know of the ramp just south of the curve.
3. My college car for my last two years was a 4 door
1966 Ford with square tail lights and it drove great and good on
gasoline. Times were difficult in 1969 I had no car at college for
one term. My dad and mother needed the 1966 Ford.
4. My first car after college was an orange Opel GT
and I drove it for 45,000 miles the first YEAR. 39 miles per gallon
and was very quick on the road. I had it totally repainted first
had it sand blasted and it looked bad with holes in the metal and
bent hood as result of over sand blasting on the east side of Todelo.
July 25, 2007
I hereby coin two new words:
Job Chilling (Like Job Freeze)
When your job is going down hill an inch everyday
we are either in a depression or a significant long lasting recession.
For example when they eliminate your office and put your desk close
to the door in the lobby that is job chilling; if they remove your
job title of 27 years that is job chilling; they could cut your
salary by 25% and that would be job chilling with a jack frost bite
of 25 degrees.
Waittoast
Waittoast is like President George W(aittoast) Bush
who has the amazing ability to wait until things are done done DONE.
For example Waittoast on Iraq; Waittoast on oil prices
to come down; Waittoast on counting the votes; Waittoast on Cuba;
Waittoast on finding Hadbeen; Waittoast on World Ice Freeze; Waittoast
on Social Crimes;
Sooner or later President George Waittoast Bush will
win WIN! If it is not done enough President will not push (lift)
the button to take it less than burnt toast. Unfortunately life
is like a slow toaster and you never know if it will really be dark
as you wish or just when you know it is going to be perfect dark
toast the phone rings (time is up) and the toast goes cold and you
never get the credit. Jimmy Carter and the hostages was a Waittoast
event; President Carter waited and waited but just when he was to
enjoy the labor of his efforts Ronald Reagan became President. Unfortunately
just when President Bush's term ends the war will be over and the
economy will start a full recovery.
Now on a happy note going west along I-4 from Daytona
was a little happier for the Jeep and Brady. Let's hope this is
turning point but if not we will circle the wagons again.
Will tomorrrow be a happy or sad day; meeting old
friends and saying farewell to Nancy; soon the number of days on
the farm will be less than the number of chickens still remaining.
You should pray for all your coworkers who are being sent out to
find shelter and food in a rough economy.
Thanks to Mr Texas Driver ....Drive Safely Please....look
at the road ahead and keep one eye on the convex mirror so we get
through the blind spots before and after the election. Thanks Jimmy!
Great Driving Class.
July 24, 2007
I had a day off because of issues that needed to be
solved. Did you ever notice how problems can be seen on horizon
but you don't start running for cover until the wagons need to be
put in a circle real quickly.
To my new friend in Pennsylvania on Hawk Drive Beury's
Grove. This internet helps find people that are lost. The other
week a granddaughter of Mr. Beury; Emily Schuey called my mother
to ask if its true Richie is running for Governor. Well that was
last year this year is another try to be mayor of Port Orange; during
2003 I was blessed to receive 19% of the votes and lost to Honorable
Allen Green who my wife voted for in 2003 and I voted for in previous
elections. That is amazing that Honorable Allen Green is liked by
81% of voters in 2003.
At this point we are working as hard as we can so
if we slip in this economy just remember we are all in this together.
We need more duct tape and wire to keep things together. Thanks
Dad for working those cold late nights in Pennsylvania coal fields.
(Looking down with a Yengling Beer in his hand). We will be constructing
a monument to those soldiers and support team members of the 1940's
WWII. It will be a rest spot on old 901 and I will have a revenue
source from a billboard to off set the clean up and maintenance
cost. We will have a website about Beury's Grove Area and all the
interesting things that have happened over the past 100 years. I
pray that Mrs. Mildred Schuey (Beury) will hang in for another 2
years when I retire to complete the writting of my book: "Uncensored
Social Currency" So portions will not be released until the
year 2020. Names of people and relationships during the 60's will
be called out for historical records. The book Uncensored Social
Currency is being written on line so you can submit paragraphs also.
Okay this is my effort to get Pottsville Pizza to
be listed ahead of the national brand pizzas when you google "Pottsville
Pizza"...help me by visiting on ballot.com and google onballot.com
if it is listed near the top of google list.

Hairspray........................with John Travolta
is worth the popcorn price times two...but you will be dancing and
laughing for weeks.
Nikki Blonsky............makes the joy of eating turn
into a smile and puts life back into every bit. (Big Has Happiness
all 360 pounds)
Music by Matt Sullivan is the best of the year. The
music goes on for at least ten minutes to the end of the credits....I
stayed for the last note.
Baltimore has a Richard Dembinsky buried in the military
cemetery from the Civil war or the first war. Neverthless one of
the first people to die in the Civil war was from my home county
in Pennsylvania. He was hit by a brick or something.
Why did Baltimore fight the future until the future
had passed them by. The movie Hairspray does not help Baltimore...Hairspray
does help all of us realize how difficult life was prior to 1962.
The City of Baltimore should be required to show the movie Hairspray
for the next 100 years.
Oh, you should see Hairspray and just enjoy the dancing
and the music and leave the race issues for historical only.
As an nation America was a little late and unfortunately
there remains here in Florida a need for more music in the streets.
Oh, the economy must be improving because for the
Port Orange theater to be so busy watching Hairspray is amazing.
(only 50 seats or less remaining in the 7PM show)
My God what does it take to make Pottsville Pizza
so great? Do not purchase any national brand pizza the hell with
Dom, ...Pizza. They again removed the public announcement for Pottsville
Pizza. Oh, with the help of my friends at Google will onballot.com
make it back to number one in the Pottsville Pizza war. Yes, this
website is having a battle with Dominos and other national brand
pizza. To all my friends in Pottsville we need to stop the trips
to Dominos and Pizza Hut..we need to make Pottsville Pizza by Steve's
Pizza number one again...it has been number one since 1949. No Papa
Johns Pizza.

play? Thanks!

I gather from all the comments about Reichwein's that a lot of people
have great memories of summers spent there; Fun,Fun,Fun (Beach Blanket
Bingo had nothing on Reichy's), loves met - some kept, some lost,
misspent and embarrassing moments too; Probably brings smiles to
a lot of peoples faces and maybe even a blush or two; It's good
that water was ice cold :);

Reichweins (Paradise Park) is now a housing development and a few
home are built where the field was; I think that the remains of
the pool and other buildings are still there; Anybody that swam
there has to remember the cold water; It was mountain spring water
that flowed in and then out; Where else could you go swim, tap a
half barrel, have a baseball game and you name it; I am sure that
many people have photos that people would be glad to see to refresh
their memories; If you do, add them to the picture section;

Reichweins and Beury's were places like no others I have ever been
too; WIth family at Beurys as a kid and with family and/or friends
at Reichweins in my teens and early 20's; Does anyone know who owns
what was Reichwein's Pool and the surrounding hills, picnic area;
Same with Beury's, who owns the lake and surrounding area, is there
ground rent for those homes or are they owned outright; Wouldn't
it be great if someone bought Reichweins or Beury's and reopened
them;

Observations and concerns. When the President was
Cheney yesterday a very very large 4 engine military plane was over
Daytona Beach at 1:30 PM going north along the Florida coast about
mile inland (Nova Road) it was as low as I have ever seen such a
plane. The plane was going north as slow as such a plane can fly.
I believe I could have driven under the plane for 30 miles. The
question is why? Was President Cheney on board? The plane was not
a sub watching type (P3 Not)(it was a very very heavy transport)
Could it be that the President was on a return fight from a secret
meeting? The sky was cleared of other aircraft.
Now talking with a salesman at Jon Hall Chevy (Ben)
I determined the Recession begin in October 2006 and was real bad
since February 2007. So for projects lets call February the start
of the Recession (Bush 2 Recession)...the number of folks at the
Daytona 500 was less than expected.
Saturday Jon Hall sold over 8 vehicles this is the
best sign the economy may be turning up again. Then today I notice
considerable number of tourist from Indiana, New York, in Daytona
Beach Shores and they were spending money and had new vehicles.
However, I was at Home Depot Sunday and I was the
only one in the store (not exactly but close); only one real check
out person. This means the sales at Home Depot Port Orange must
be showing a recession.
Now, for the big news tonight:
I received a computerized high quality survey probably
from Republicans ...because about question number 10 was press 1
if you are a Republican. Questions were all about the economy and
the first 15 words said that the survey results will be used by
news/televison stations...etc.
Do you believe we are in a Recession....1 if yes 2
if no
Rank President Bush's actions ...
Also at least 15 more questions about the economy
and how much our family earns and where we are with our jobs and
personal finances.
But the shocking questions near the very end was about
Israel and the Palestines almost to "oh but the President is
working on the peace in the Middle East. The interesting thing is
that there was no questions about the Iraq Bush War.
I gave the President a 2 supporting the President...(consistent
with my saying I was a Republican)(But not the best rating) The
question did not say on the economy how is the President doing.
So I believe the questions of the survey were a trick group of questions
to make the President look a little better.
If this were a Democratic survey it would have had
a few questions about the Iraq war....maybe the 4 questions about
Irasel were the real purpose of the survey.
So when I answered the questions about the pending
Peace conference between Irasel and Pales I said I was only sightly
knowing of the matter. Obviously the survey is an attempt to learn
whether the support of the President is as bad as the news people
are reporting. But what is shocking is why the Republicans are wanting
to talk Peace with the Irasels etc...
Nevertheless I was very negative on the questions
concerning the economy...when will it end 6 months ....do we fear
losing our jobs...what do we think of the stock market. Where are
we placing our funds/savings investments.
So looking back on the questions it must have been
paid for by the Republicans (Republicans listed as 1)(Middle East
Peace questions near the end means they are attempting to see if
the President's efforts to move the debate to the Israel...but there
were several questions on what my personal view of Israel is...
So if you get a survey please listen to the first
paragragh and let me know who is listed....the lady voice seemed
to say Central something....very fast so I could not remember who
but I continued with the survey.

How dare Google drop onballot.com reference to Pottsville
Pizza from number one of 58,000 sites to lost in cyberspace.
So lets see if Pottsville Pizza and my friends in
Pottsville can put onballot.com back on number one.
Thanks to Google folks Onballot.com references to
Pottsville Pizza are now on top of the 54,700. Thanks Google staff
this is a personal goal attempting to keep the memories of Pottsville
Pizza going for another 50 years (Pottsville Pizza 1949 to 1999)
Richard Paul Dembinsky has the only known original 50th year anniversity
large pizza box unused.
Here is the current history as I know it. Pottsville
Pizza made by Steve's at the original ovens near the court house
area is as close to the original quality and taste as I remember
back in 1963. In fact the fellows that work at Steve's Pizza just
are honoring the new owner who operated the Pottsville Pizza location
for over 50 years. At some point I Richard Paul Dembinsky want to
own and operate the Pottsville Pizza store even if it is only symbolically.
Thanks again to Pottsville Pizza workers and all those
great people enjoying Pottsville Pizza while I am stuck in Daytona
Beach as the occupation force. Remember the South lost the war because
the North had better Pizza and I am not talking about New York Style
Pizza. There are too many new york style pizza stores in Daytona
Beach. Does anyone remember the Big Foot Pizza Pizza Hut had about
15 years ago. The Big Foot Pizza by Pizza Hut was very very close
to the Pottsville Pizza. I was friends with the Port Orange Pizza
Hut store and she was very displeased with Pizza Hut causing all
the stores to remove the hardware for the Big Foot Pizza. I look
forward to your emails about Pizza.
Pottsville Pizza is great but it takes 20 hours to
get it delivered to Daytona Beach Florida so we settle for Publix
Pizza. $3.49 3 cheese....probably made in China.

Are you watching the news and finding it like a broken
record or looped tape that keeps repeating? It is rare that news
reports address ways to protect yourself from being ripped off?
The actions of insurance companies are worth further study. How
long does one have to wait for a check to cover auto body repairs
that the adjustor established as covered expense. Tomorrow will
be one week since I paid for the repairs to my 2004 Envoy damaged
by neighborhood rocket fire on July 4th. It was Thursday last week
when the State Farm adjustor inspected the damage at the body shop.
If all goes well I should have a check tomorrow, If I do not recover
the full cost within two weeks of the adjustor inspection it would
be another sign of the times.
It has become increasing more difficult to simply
cash a check or do the most basic banking service. My mother said
that computers have actually slowed banking service. You go to the
bank stand in line and if you are lucky it would be 5 to 10 minutes
after you get to the teller to get a check cashed. (same bank check).
It seems computer screens are too difficutl or have too many steps
to make speed of service an improvement. Is this a plan by the bank
to get you to stop using checks?

My neighbor actually had a conversation with me that
lasted over 5 minutes. Possibly my last night's discussion had an
impact. My neighbor is a vice president for a bank. Have you noticed
how many new bank buildings are going up the Daytona Beach/Port

Afternoon storms in Daytona Beach knocked out the
traffic lights near I95 and US 92 (several intersections) and of
course there were several traffic accidents as a result. When you
see the movie Live Free or .....Bruce Willis....he is great at avoiding
traffic jams.
To day was a turning point day. Gasoline is now over
$3.00 a gallon in Daytona Beach.
Bob Forrest of Canton should come down from Ohio and
bring and take a few gallons back north.
K Mart management should contact Richard Paul Dembinsky
before the Port Orange store closes.
Thanks to those few website visitors ....you soon
will see my new billboard along I75//////os $400 a month cheap?
100 miles north of the Florida line.
Now for tonights new topic. Homeland security.
I have determined that if (large IF) we are every
hit again it will be something like a large water damn hit by a
plane (cars just don't see exiting enough for those sick heads)
I am wondering if we have a fighter jump jet posted next to Hoover
Dam and my question next is why not. 24 hours a day the jet should
be ready to take out a plane.
Such a think tank group of military planners better
be doing a better damn job than they did on 2001. Boy was are government
and military a job on September 11, 2001. John still believes someone
new it was going to happen. Okay this is the second time the government
has pulled a trick on the American people....next time they will
be exposed. We are not the 60's stupid kids anymore.
Why are the Republican Governors attempting to make
Florida's January primary for President such an end. As voters we
need to direct our votes to the little candidates to not give Hillary
and Rudy the kick in....we should pick the most unlikely candidate
on the Republcan and Democratic ticket. I am an independent voter
and will change to either R or D depending how far ahead Rudy is
or Hillary is...but I don't like either.
A millionaire from Tenn. had lunch with me at Steak
n Shake...
Hi, John, this is Richard the nut who sat next to
you today.
You said Tennessee is doing great (Knoxville) and
you generally believe Florida Property taxes are too high for non
residents. You said that your taxes on Ocean 8 condo are about $10,000
a year and I said my home taxes are $3,200 for a one acre about
$500,000 home. If I sell and then drive around the block and purchase
the same home again the value will drop to about $300,000 but my
taxes would go up to $10,000. The 9% sales tax on everything.....including
food in Tennessee would be difficult for me because inflation will
continuously give more dollars to the government....(to invest?)(save?)(waste?)
Thanks for the conversation about business and taxes.
Until I get time to create the Guestbook comment sheet please email
me at candyorder@hotmail.com or richarddembinsky@hotmail.com ...I
promise to post your comments.
Dr. Joe Smith where are you? West Palm Beach's best
Dr. needs a few investors for his full body support, special pillows,
sportsfusion drinks, first aide products etc. He is also running
for President and taking on the insurance industry in law suits.
Good Night American hopefully home land security folks
are working for us......if they are we extend to them a Big Thanks....
We will recover from whatever they hit us with.....unless
then melt the north pole and Gore would be right again.

Where is Fred Birnie? About 30 years ago I moved to
Florida because Fred Birnie a fellow Civil Engineer would arrive
at work even during the middle of winter with only a sports jacket.
He was a very polished young man and had many friends. He convinced
me that the people of Orlando/Central Florida were more friendy
than those people in Toledo, Ohio. Now, I just want to tell Fred
he was wrong. When it is so hot in Florida people just keep walking
(to get inside) just like Fred said about Toledo neighbors just
walking fast to get out of the cold. I moved to Orange Park Florida
in 1978 and worked in Downtown Jacksonville. I really loved Jacksonville,
the people in Orange Park and Jacksonville were very friendly. Now
living in Port Orange and I find the people/ my neighbors to be
very unfriendly. Is it a different time, crime and concern?
Recently I attempted to compare my Port Orange neighbors
to those in Tecumseh Michigan and I believe Tecumseh Michigan may
be losing its friendliness. The aging of Americans is putting stress
on friends. In fact I have three friends at the party store near
the post office of Tecumseh and I believe these three fellows of
middle east tradition are more friendly than the old timers still
in Tecumseh.
Recently we stopped by an old friend's new home n
Atlanta Georgia area I was surprised that the neighbors are so friendly
to new people.
But some of our transplant "friends" from
Tecumseh refused to call us even after we stopped by to leave a
friendly visit note. (They were away) We provided telephone numbers
and other opportunites to just say hi but friendships cannot be
restarted when they have grown cold. I am truly amazed at how people
have lost common friendliness. Can I blame this on George Bush also?
I also contacted a "friend" Chris Frank
Middlebrough in Toledo spoke to his daughter on the phone (who had
Frank's old telephone number)....but again he refuses to contact
us. We were friends when we worked together at FPS Engineers.
I know I have gone political but I still want to be
friends with Fred Birnie and Chris Middlebrough (Frank now lives
in Temperance Michigan)
I guess people move on and have better things to do.
Jerry McAndrews a former coworker lives in DeLongha
Georgia and for awhile I missed his friendship. We visited Jerry
and Betty several times and realize that the people of Georgia (and
Atlanta) are indeed the most friendly people in America.
We cannot go back to Michigan in hopes to find lost
friends we were the ones that exited Michigan in 1978 and burned
the friendship bridge to many. I apologize for not thanking those
people who helped my wife and I load the UHaul Truck(s) in 1978.
Britton, Michigan.....................is a great place
and I wish I could purchase the 120 year old home that was originally
built by my wife's family. Those were good old days in the Mid West..
The old home two doors from the downtown Bank was the home of The
Olde Standard Gift Shop. During 1974 to 1978 the economy in Britton
was so bad the lumber company closed and the bank would allow you
to borrow your own money for 1% .. You paid back and still made
5.25 % on your cd. It was easy to live in the Midwest.
Thanks for reading these memories of the friends lost.
Oh, before I close I want to remember Thomas Huntzinger
from Valley View, Tri Valley's best quarter back. He died a few
years ago and I still miss his friendship especially at those class
reunions...
If someone from Hegins finds these words please smile
at remembering Thomas Huntzinger the first quarter back of Tri Valley
High School 1965.
Maybe I should move my Who Cares Hall of Fame to Hegins
Pennsylvania or purchase a building near Beury's Grove and offer
friends in Pennsylvania to see how someone from the friendly Beury's
Grove area ended up being so lacking of friends.

My neighbor is happy and going west to hit the big
one and when he does I will be a real candidate for something.
Just want you all to know that A1A Daytona was very
busy tonight; the most number of people at the mini golf sites I
have ever seen. Traffic was heavy so hopefully business in the Daytona
Beach area is finally starting to grow again.
Today in Sanford traffic was heavy and the lowest
gasoline price was $2.88 on Route 46.
Spoke to a Democratic Candidate for District 6 House
of Representative (Mr. Dave Bruderly) and he is starting to like
Charlie Crist and the Governor's Environmental Save the Snow Program.
I thought Gore had this issue solved.
I have several bumper stickers for Hunter for President...goes
anyone know if he is still in the race.
July 14, 2007
I will give you all a rest on the poor economic condition
of America. We will be backkkkkkkkkkk.....per Arnold...who visited
Florida for some unknown reason.
John McCann should now become an independent and apologize
for attempting to be just like Honorable President George W. Bush.
We need a President with new ideas. We don't need
Hillary and John Edwards telling each other how to wipe out the
other Democratic candidates before the debates.
I will soon find a candidate for President and when
I do I will give him all the energy possible to help him beat Hillary
and John Edwards. Dennis K. if given new light could be the surprise
candidate of 2008. (If I could ever remember how to spell his name)(on
the ballot his name will be below Hillary Clinton and John Edwards
so this could be a problem.
I saw a sign for Paul in Deland Florida.
Thanks to the friends of Mary Ann Simms; your contributions
for the medical expenses are appreciated by her husband and family.
Our prayers go out to all families living with cancer. Coworkers
collected over $4000 and presented same to Mary Ann's husband.

You can visit USAgoshop.com and see my 2003 Envoy
(I sold it a few years ago) my 2004 SLT Envoy with a sun roof was
repainted today (hood, door fender) because of ROCKET FIRE in my
neighborhood on July 4th. I have used this body shop (A1 Collision)
Herbert Street in Port Orange for over 15 years. The paint job looks
great. The reason I am bringing this matter to your attention is
to establish that the economy is in much worst condition than Jerry
Dunlop and I can remember. He is having to use savings just to keep
the door open. He has no business and this is a direct result of
people in Florida being upside down. He said for the past 6 months
he has not had a body repair job that people put their money into
the repair. Insurance 100% or they don't do the work. He used the
example of a new black truck using black duct tape to cover over
a damaged door. People don't have money to put into fixing or upkeeping
their cars or trucks.
So we will have to tread water for at least another
18 months. The economy in the Washington DC area seems okay but
I worried about the economy in Florida and Pennsylvania. I have
already written off the Michigan economy.
What should we do next? Should we call for Bush to
be impeached because he is starting to look like Jimmy Carter? Should
we ask Jimmy Carter to start up the WPA building program. We have
painters without jobs, we have body shops without cars to repaint
and we have engineers looking for work because there are no public
funds available for important infrastructure projects.
We have the cost of PVC pipe dropping (a 50% drop)(was
too high).
Today I will consider this the bottom but if it gets
much worst we will be looking at July 2009 before the American economy
improves. I am worried about American's ecomony being impacted by
the bad guys of 9/11.
Lets pray for our President we need him to make a
few good decisions or this could last until Hillary is impeached.

Okay..............Inflation is back!!!!
Potatoes at $6.99 for 10 pounds in Pennsylvania.
This means the high cost of fuel is beginning to hurt
America and all us fat people will soon be forced to lose weight.
Early this week I decided to change my sugar water from Cok C in
the green bottle to Pepsi with the yellow cap. It was as a direct
result of how the James McCurray pushed the winners circle in Daytona
to the front page of the Orlando S. Newspaper.
Pepsi is the official soft drink of Daytona. So when
I get sick of Pepsi with the yellow cap. I will start shopping at
Winn Dixie again and go with the off brand. $.25 a can. I don't
appreciate C enjoy raising Cola prices. $1.39 a bottle is out of
hand because C paid too much in N...Car advertising right fees.
I hereby ask C to consider allowing the next years 400 race to be
Called American's Pepsi Coke Challenge. Only if they (Cokenjoy corporation)
does something to apologize for jumping the gun on stepping on Pepsi
will I ever drink Cokenjoy.
To the fine people at the Pepsi Corporation let me
know if you want to rent my bumper during the next race at Daytona.
WeLovePepsi! bumper stickers will fill the town during the July
Race.
Daytona Races for Pepsi!!!

Port Orange Florida needs an in City AM radio station.
to inform travelers to visit our City and to promote the City's
website.
Port Orange Florida should have a listing of every
home for sale so we get the back log of properties occupied as soon
as possible. If the City's website would offer a list of properties
individuals want to post but without impacting the relationship
between businesses that do this type of advertising. We need to
encourage home sellers to keep up their properties until the properties
are sold. Exactly how this should be handled needs more study. If
a particular area of the City is going down hill City crews should
be required to clean up the streets etc.
This is for someone (7734) that needs to backoff.
Thanks to the management of the Comfort Inn at I75
Exit 101 near Naples/Marco Island. I appreciate your response to
my email regarding matters at your Comfort Inn.

Now for tonight's news .................we are sad
to report on the plane crash of Bruce Kennedy husband of Lisa France
Kennedy. I now realize how difficult it was to watch local news
all day when I saw my wife crying at dinner just thinking about
all the families impacted by this airplane accident. CNN had the
plane crash as a lead story at 9 AM and I immediately knew this
would be another bad day in Daytona Beach. The plane apparently
had an on board fire that resulted in it crashing into 3 homes in
Sanford. My wife filled precriptions for Dr. Kennedy and apparently
met Mrs. Lisa France Kennedy so she was very upset having the day
off watching news reports and seeing the young boy loaded on a plane
to the burn center in Ohio.. The loss of our Mayor Scarlett Golden
in December, then Bill France Jr. and now Bruce Kennedy is placing
our community in a state of shock and I really don't believe the
community will recover from all this bad news.
To all the families impacted by the 7/10/07 airplane
crash in Sanford Florida Susan and I express our condolences and
will keep you all in our prayers!
July 9, 2007
Well the few calls I received today were all negative
on the local economy, plus I believe that in Pennsylvania the government
had to shut down because of lack of funding (no budget). At this
point I am looking for a Presidential candidate that could do something
to stabilze our economy quickly. Folks the economy is now much worst
than in the 1974 recession.
I had a dream that Al Gore is going to run for President
and he said that a financial expert will be selected as his running
mate. Al Gore's running mate will be a well known and respected
banker in Florida. Remember this was a dream. So of course I googled
well known banker in Florida and discovered the perfect running
mate. Anne Lee Acting President of Coast Bank of Florida. So I hereby
place on the internet Ms. Anne Lee's Telephone number so I am sure
Al Gore can finally win Florida and be our next President so long
as he leaves Globe Warming issues to God. (God invented the internet
so Al Gore should correct his previous claim on this issue)
Coast Bank of Florida
Coast Financial Center Attention Ms. Anne Lee

This sounds like a great bank I wonder if they will find this note
and send me information about their great bank and advise when they
are opening a branch in Volusia County/Daytona Beach Area.
While this dream is partly true I am really troubled by the down
fall of our Florida economy. When I was interviewed on ABC Action
News channel 28 I answered the question ....Now that Florida is
fush in surplus what do you plan on doing with the extra 3 Billion
dollars if elected....Ask ABC Action News Tampa to run Candidate
Crist's answer to this question and then run Candidate Dembinsky's
answer............................What happened to the surplus funds
in less than a year? Why are Cities and Counties having to lay off
people and put our State at risk for a much deeper recession/depression.
We need to spend ALL available surplus on projects and services
that will immediately bring home buyers back in to the market place.
New home sales coupled with the turn down in subdivision and condo
construction if not turned around within the next 6 months will
cause Florida to have to further cut services in 2008 an election
year. So Al Gore should have an easy time winning Florida if Governor
Crist does not release All available funds immediately after hurricane
season. The funds could be low interest loans to Cities that can
pay the funds back within 5 years or the interest rate goes up to
market value at that time. The Governor should use the surplus to
leverage bond issues for communities needing water and wastewater
facilities. The Water Management Districts should could all operating
costs and turn the funds back to the State to be included in this
Save Florida Revolving Loan Program. The Department of Environmental
Protection already has the staff to quickly get the funds back in
Florida's economy. Funds should be distributed by population in
each of the 67 counties with the larger crime stressed areas being
required to place at least 20 percent of the bond funds for police
infrastructure including new police vehicles that are energy efficient.
Orlando need immediate police services. Each county of Florida will
be given the funds to add one police crime unit but initially the
crime units will go to Orlando and end the crime problem that is
about to take over all of Central Florida.

Some of the information under July 7, 2007 was actually
compiled on Sunday July 8, 2007. (We actually were in Wekivia Springs
on Sunday). It was so hot I forgot what day it was. Apparently several
of my coworkers experienced heat stress on Sunday also. My boss
was saying that her 3 mile run was more difficult and it took her
24 hours to recover. In Florida the heat gets to you fast and we
all need to be careful. One coworker was talking about seeing stars
after working in the yard because the heat got to her also. Coastal
Florida is typically cooler. Aunt Catfish Restaurant was actually
hit be a tornado (small) her in Port Orange Saturday.

Hello to Anthony from Sanford Big Boy Restaurant/
a straight A student that needs some extra tips. Get off I-4 on
46 south to the CVS store turn right and you will find Anthony moving
at soccer speed. He will be going to college after he graduates
in December and will be keeping the animals away from the people
or is it the people away from the animals. (Fish & Game) Thanks
Anthony for the great service.
Now for the news of the day I spent the day visiting
the CVS off Route 434 in Wekiva Springs and Bill McCollum Florida
Attorney General visited the store and of course my wife the pharmacist
is always so happy to say thanks to the special customer. She really
gives Bill McCollum high grades but I missed him for ths second
time I guess Bill McCollum is very lucky not to have to listen to
me.
Next the price of gasoline in the Orlando area appears
to be about $2.82 per gallon.
Traffic was somewhat heavy but flowing/no rain just
very hot all day.
I believe I am giving up on buying Coke Cola because
the Pepsi 400 driver held up a bottle of coke (Orlando S. Newspaper
showed James McMurray drinking a coke while the crowd was showing
off Pepsi. Pepsi is the official drink of the City of Daytona Beach..............so
I better start drinking more Pepsi...and as a direct result of the
James McMurray showing off the Coke bottle. In fact I consume more
Cola than any political "leader". James McMurray should
be required to drink one Pepsi to prove that he is not married to
his money.
Topic Number 1
It is time to circle up the wagons for Americans.
When the Country is being attacked by outside forces (Indians)(China
and India companies taking our jobs and destroying our economy)
the wagons (the political leaders) need to make a circle to protect
the American people, We do not have a Presidential Candidate including
Hillary that will protect the people already within the Wagon Circle
we need to first help Americans before the wagon circle is over
run by externals not interested in protecting Amercia (Yes those
occupying people not really Americans.).
Topic No. 2
Credit Card companies that we should put out of business
for their practice of quickly uping the interest rates on existing
credit cards just because someone was late on another card because
his wife was dying of cancer and his mail was a few days late in
getting taken to the hostipal where he was spending all his time.
Now I will get back to you on the credit card company that needs
to be dumped....NOW.....if we take on one credit card company at
a time they will get the consumer pressure needed to correct the
problem Congress and our Impeachable President is allowing to occur.
Let me know of other companies practicing kill the
consumer credit card practices (bouncing the interest rate even
over the minor delay of the mail) I wonder whether our Attorney
General Bill McCullom could put his Republican business hat on a
shelf and allow the peoples' rights to fair credit card notification
procedures to be demanded so a few less foreclosures occur in Florida.
July 6, 2007
Okay they are going 185.62 miles per hour at Daytona.
Qualifying Boris...etc. Rained again this evening.
Forgive me for being a critic of Red Lobster Daytona
(ISB) because I just had to sit through Ratatouille a second time
tonight.
Last weekend we were served by Matt a new employee
at the Brandon Florida (I-75/I 4) Red Lobster and the service was
great and the food was A plus. Now this evening here in Daytona
Beach I was pleased with the large size properly prepared Rock Lobster
but a little disappointed with the overall service.
1. Enter into the Red Lobster Restaurant an hour before
closing was a mistake. I did not appreciate 90 percent of the servers
cleaning floors while I was attempting to order and eat my meal.
2. When I saw the appearance of the servers I knew
it would not be pretty.
3. When I saw the floor brush slammed down on the
next table top and allowed to remain there during our meal well
I knew I needed to be a critic tonight.
4. In th movie Ratatouille the rats were clean.
5. When two people enter a Restaurant and order two
meals no matter what the size the two separate meals should be delivered
to the table as if two people were being served. I did not appreciate
receiving my wife's meal on my plate. I demanded a plate for my
wife's scallops.
6. I eat every meal out so I have seen poor service
before but when I see a Red Lobster with such poor nose picking
greeters in my own town well I am damn displeased. I hope someone
from Corporate Red Lobster gets to inspect the appearance of the
Daytona store before it closes.
7. The Rock Lobster tail was better than the Brandon
store but I did not get my apple sauce and my wife ordered key lime
pie that is still in the kitchen. Furthermore the salads were only
average.
8. I realize at the end of the day the staff is heading
to the door but maybe some should be pointed to the door.
9. I don't like fancy restaurants but I do demand
clean and polite servers.
10. I miss those great people at the Brandon Red Lobster
I wonder if corporate folks could give them a vacation to the Daytona
Beach ISB store.
Now for the other negative news ...........sprintLESS
TELEPHONE COMPANY.
This is a consumer protection warning to sprint less
customers and here is a critical review of sprint less. cell phone
ring
1. Ever since Nextel mixed with sprint ...the level
of service has been a dropped call. My son said all the cell phone
companies are bad.
2. It is a concern to me that sprintless has demanded
$800.00 to terminate service from one account. When I signed up
for the service Sprint representative said it would only cost $200
to exit the contract. Well sprint now changed the rules that because
my two sons and wife are on the same contract (they say I have 4
contracts) . I demanded to have 4 bills mailed to my home because
they almost cut service (joke) because the never mailed me a bill.
For the past 2 and half years the mail from sprint arrived without
a problem, but they needed quick cash so they demanded a credit
card payment. I will not stop talking about this rip off cell company
until I am allowed to get out of the contract.
The 180 photos in my photo may have been lost because
my son attempted to email/upload same but my photo over heated and
went white dead. I called over 10 different sprint representatives
but only pleasant girl saved my photos and reduced my blood pressure
by sending a signal to end the upload. The sprint less cell phone
website is very poor. There is no way you should ever hope to get
your photos in digital formate from sprint less. There are no representatives
at the Daytona Beach ISB sprint less store worth there space. Not
one person in the retail outlet can help you. They give you a map
to drive to a third party store in South Daytona, I called them
and they gave me another number to call. The person is another third
party provider......you cannot secure your phone phones in a digital
formate Avoid taking sprint less owned cell phone photos.
My son suggested that I should google bitpim to get
shareware free software. Going to one of the sites for bitpim made
me understand sprint less is controlling my photos in my phone.
Billing Service poor at sprint less; technical support
at the sprint less store on ISB is worthless. The sprint less website
is a joke.
My wife wants me to take legal action on the $200
times 4 lines family plan. I recommend you avoid sprint less and
their family plan or whatever they call it. When they put a customer
on paperless billing without permission and force you to use your
credit card well this is America under the damn Republicans. I promise
sprint less and those unfair businesses that I will until the day
I die be fighting for business to return to the 1970 level of consumer
fairness.
We have a President that is writing his own laws for
Americans and we have a Congress that does not stand up for all
Americans.
We really need change during the next election if
we keep putting same faces and names back in Congress and as President
this country will be better being called Mexico.
If someone wants to attempt to debate these matters
call me 386 235 0380 (Red Lobster folks or sprint less phone company)
July 5, 2007
Well this past 4th of July will go down as the worst
4th of July in 60 years. While the weather was poor (rained continuously)
the loss of the last remaining Drifter here in Daytona Beach (81
years old) was sad. The show went on as planned without the 81 year
spirit of The original Drifters (Under the Board Walk etc.)
My car while on my circle drive was hit by the neighborhood
rockets and now has to be repainted (thanks to State Farm and my
zero deducible coverage) I will not go too negative on the 4th of
July rockets.
Now for some negative economy news here in Daytona
Beach it appears a local "hot dog business of 40 years has
burnt its last day of being a friendly business"....TCs on
Clyde Morris Blvd (Port Orange is out of business without notice).
Add the fact that general restaurant business is down 30 percent
....these Republicans appear to have a real problem....that possibly
they did not create but need to have worked on rather than allowing
the cost of oil and gasoline to go to record levels.
Let us hope that someone (one of the New Presidential
candidates starts addressing the economy........STUPID..)
To my friends in Pennsylvania....keep Knobels (amusement
park) in business until September please.
Is there anyone working on impeaching Cheney?
Is there anyone working on the foreclosure problem
in Florida...driving down the value of existing homes that will
result in less operating revenue for Cities
Should I run for Mayor of Port Orange....(again)(only
got 19% percent against the outstanding Mayor Allen Green 4 years
ago)
If anyone really reads these words please email me
until I have the Guestbook posting service added to onballot.com
Thanks have a good evening ....Rudy is to start the
engines for the Pepsi 400 here this saturday.
Email me: richarddembinsky@hotmail.com with whatever
you want to post.
I will be posting more current information about Beury's
Grove as I acquire same over the next 7 days.
1. Properties are on wells (or a private system of
limited)(my info is dated)
2. There are no businesses or tourist sites within
Beury's Grove at this time.
3. The most recent property I know of that sold in
the area (6 months ago) was the old Buck Horn Trout Fishing Lake
and home ...I believe it went for about $150,000 This was a foreclosure
deal that included 10 acres of tree covered land and the lake.
4. A fellow purchased an acre of land and an old house
that needed much work for $15,000 and it looks great now after he
invested a lot of time and money.
5. There are several homes that may be listed for
sale but I don't have a list yet.
July 4, 2007
The rain has played on the soul of at least one Florida
Resident. If it were not for the nice lady working (from Chicago)
at the Super Center Walmart in Port Orange well the total day would
have been just written off as "occupation force duties".
I am being to get disappointed in the South maybe
its time to move to Georgia....it is the real South. The people
at the High Muscum in Atlanta need to find someway to bottle the
high spirits and high level of friendliness they demonstrated two
weeks ago. Atlanta Friendliness
July 3, 2007
Now is the time to vote for Independent candidates
that don't forgive the bad guys as President Bush did today (July
2). Let's hope this is not going to become a common event for our
future Presidents.
Do we have an independent candidate willing to fight
to save America.....Mr. Bloomberg..........Please run as an Independent.
Business is at the lowest level since the recession
of 1975.
We are looking forward to a big crowd at the Daytona
Race later this week. Based upon the current RVs in town I hope
someone shows up soon. The weather with the overhead heavy lightning
is making Florida not the best place to enjoy the 4th of July. Let's
hope the 10:30 fireworks over the Main Street Pier has no rain within
10 miles.
If you have a story you want posted here simply email
it candyorder@hotmail.com
or my personal email

If you are looking to purchase a nice Honda Motorcycle
let us know we have a new one that needs a new home.

Is everyone on vacation...it sure seems like it.
John tells me Kayak (spells same forward and backward)
because you never know which way is the best way.
The Halifax River here in Port Orange today was great
for Kayaking. The River was like glass until noon. A lot of people
fishing and enjoying life on the Halifax River (I had to work to
pay the bills I made at Marco Island). Recommended route for your
next Kayak trip down the Halifax River: Start at Aunt Catfish's
then go south to Rose Bay then beyond rose bay to the next bridge
before the New Smyrna Beach city limits. It is a long trip but you
can make it back. Take your cell phone just in case you need a ride
back to Dunlawton (the southern bridge north of Ponce Inlet)(Port
Orange)
No economy news tonight take the day off...go Kayaking...thanks
for visiting this site.

First I want to say thanks to Wendy McKinney owner
of "The Island house Gallery in Naples Florida" and her
mother who painted a wonderful beautiful tole white daisy watering
can. Wendy and Greg if you are ever in Daytona Beach please allow
us to show you the town. The tole painted daisy will be posted at
USAgoshop.com when I have time. We visited Marco Island and enjoyed
the people and view of the Gulf.
Next, I want to welcome the newest worker to Florida,
his name is Andy and he works at Red Lobster near I-4 & I-75.
He is a young sharp looking fellow from Chicago.
Also at the front entrance to Red Lobster 2604 West
Brandon Blvd., Brandon, Florida is the greeter that has a big smile....Hello
Dee!
Next I want to talk about the poor Florida economy.
I spoke to Ray at a Marco Island McDonald's and he clearly demonstrated
that property remodeling jobs (condo's)($1,000,000 type) are still
putting out the work. Nevertheless, while he believes all his friends
are having a tough time (New Construction) he is hopeful that Hillary
will solve the problem in about two years. I questioned his opinion.
Also I had Pizza at the 5 Brothers Pizza Shop near
the movie theater south of Marriott on Marco Island. I over heard
the business lady owner state that "she (her business) was
holding on but only with the help of the landowner who reduced her
rent by $500 a month. (Now Mr. President does that prove the Econony
is in poor shape)
Okay Republicans you cannot run the economy any better
than Clinton so you better take notice of this poor Florida economy.
Gasoline was $2.85 to $2.75 (near Tampa)
We were stuck on I-75 for over an hour because of
a very bad accident near mile marker 148. I used the 511 service
of DOT and it worked but could be improved to let us know how soon
the roadway would be open again.
The race cars are already running at Daytona (8AM)
so we are hoping that alot of folks visit Daytona Beach.
